When creating XENTRY TIPS cases, make sure that all preselection such as vehicle data, symptom, design group and status data have been fully and correctly selected.
To ensure that the technical problems are processed quickly and purposefully, the following data are always required for creating the XENTRY TIPS case:
Current XENTRY Diagnosis initial quick test (including fault freeze frame data)
XENTRY Diagnosis final quick test after repair work or tests
With body or paint complaints, attach representative pictures as well as paintwork damage sheets to the XENTRY TIPS case.
For documentation of the XENTRY Diagnosis quick test and test logs, please use the "Diagnosis PDF Printer" function in the XENTRY Diagnosis Software. Documents SI00.00-S-0086A, SI00.00-S-0155A and SI01.10-S-0001A must be taken into consideration when creating the XENTRY TIPS case.
