When doing so, have the drag link (3) held by a second person. Make sure that the drag link (3) does not tilt when the steering is turned. The wheels of the 2nd front axle are also steered by the pressure in the steering cylinder. | |||

20 | Turn wheels of 2nd front axle to left or right by hand directly at axle until drag link (3) can be attached to 1st steering idler arm (4) | It is not advisable to turn the wheels on the 2nd front axle using the steering wheel because the pressure always causes the steering cylinder to extend as far as the end stop. | |
21 | Attach drag link (3) to 1st steering idler arm (4) with new nut | Counterhold the ball joint with an Allen wrench if necessary. | |
