Control line

The hydraulic lines connect the individual system components to form a closed hydrostatic drive system.

The suction line (S1) is used to supply the hydraulic pump (1) with hydraulic fluid from the oil reservoir cooler module (4).

Hydraulic fluid is pumped through the high-pressure lines (A, B) by the hydraulic pump (1) into the valve block (2).

The valve block (2), when requested, routes hydraulic fluid through the corresponding high-pressure lines (A1, A2, B1, B2) to the hydraulic motors (5, 6) and back again.

Overflowing hydraulic fluid is routed through the leak oil lines (S3) into the oil reservoir cooler module (4) again.

The return lines (S4, S7) route hydraulic fluid that is not required from the valve block (2) to the hydraulic pump (1) or to the oil reservoir cooler module (4).

Hydraulic fluid that is not required is pumped through the hydraulic pump (1) over the return line (S5) into the oil reservoir cooler module (4).

The hydraulic pump (1) supplies the valve block (2) with control pressure through the supply line (S6).

The control pressure is routed over control lines (S2) into the hydraulic motors (5, 6).

The hydraulic fluid between the expansion reservoir (3) and the oil reservoir cooler module (4) is balanced through the supply line (T6).

Body

The high-pressure lines (A, A1, A2, B, B1, B2) have the greatest pressure load. They are designed for an operating pressure of approx. 420 bar and have a corresponding contingency reserve. Their burst pressure is approx. 1640 bar.

The suction line (S1) is designed for an operating pressure of less than 1 bar absolute.

The leak oil lines (S3) are designed for an operating pressure of approx. 26 bar.

The remaining pressure lines, that are not directly involved in drive, have an operating pressure of approx. 30 bar, the burst pressure here is approx. 120 bar.
