Danger ! | Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. | Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
Danger ! | Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

1 | Set heater control to warm and fan to maximum blower stage | See owner's manual.
2 | Detach side radiator grille from left additional engine radiator | ENGINE 902.923/924/935, 906.935/955
3 | Detach radiator grille from left additional engine radiator | ENGINE 902.923/924/935, 906.935/955
The radiator grill must be removed as otherwise the drain screw (3) is not accessible.
Installation: Install new self-locking nuts.
4 | Turn cap (1) of coolant expansion reservoir (2) slowly in order to reduce overpressure in cooling system
5 | Unscrew drain screw (3) on right engine radiator and collect coolant in a container | The old coolant must be drained completely.
6 | Open drain plug (4) on left additional engine radiator and collect coolant in a container | ENGINE 902.923/924/935, 906.935/955
The old coolant must be drained completely.
7 | Tighten drain screw (3) on right engine radiator | Drain screw to engine radiator
8 | Tighten drain screw (4) on left additional engine radiator | ENGINE 902.923/924/935, 906.935/955
