6 | Remove bolts (19) on bracket (5) and bracket (5) | ||
7 | Detach oil return line (6) at | ||

8 | Detach air hose (7) at turbocharger (8) | ||
9 | Remove air filter housing | ||
10 | Detach charge air hose (11) at turbocharger (8) | ||
11 | Detach charge air hose (9) at charge air pipe (10) | ||
12 | Detach vacuum line (12) at vacuum | ||
13 | Remove nut (14) for exhaust manifold (4) with which oil return line (6) is fixed in place | Installation: Replace self-locking | |

14 | Unscrew banjo bolt (15) | Installation: Replace sealing rings of banjo bolt (15). | |

15 | Unscrew bolt (16) on oil feed line (17) from cylinder head (18) | Installation: Install new self-locking bolt (16) | |

16 | Pull oil feed line (17) out of cylinder | Installation: Replace sealing ring of oil feed line (17). | |
17 | Unscrew nuts of exhaust manifold (4) | The exhaust manifold (4) is secured with a further seven nuts. | |
Installation: Install new self-locking nuts. | |||

18 | Remove exhaust manifold (4) together with turbocharger (8) | Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, replace gasket of exhaust manifold (4) | |
19 | Install in the reverse order | ||

20 | Conduct engine test run and check exhaust system in the area of exhaust manifold (4) for leaks | ||
21 | Check engine oil level using oil dipstick; correct engine oil level necessary | Engine oil level must be between "Min" and "Max", otherwise engine damage could occur. |
