Push chafe protection (4) onto feed hose (1).

Attach straight connector to feed hose (1) using clamp.

Connect feed hose (1) to connection fitting on engine.

Slide chafe protection (4) in contact area toward steering gear oil line and heat and shrink on uniformly all the way around using a heat gun.

One chafe protection (2) in the area of the oil suction pipe, one chafe protection (2) in the area of the bracket for noise encapsulation, and one chafe protection (2) in the area of the steering gear oil reservoir.

Attach spacer (3) to the steering gear oil line and to the feed hose (1).

Attach chafe protection (5) in contact area to cab suspension system and heat and shrink on uniformly all the way around using a heat gun.

Cut feed hose (1) to length and attach connector (7).

Connect feed hose (1) to inner connection fitting.

Attach chafe protection (6) in area of bracket (8).

Fasten feed hose (1) as shown using cable ties.

Attach connector (11) to return hose (10) and outer connection fitting.

Cut return hose (10) to length and attach as shown to coolant line (9).

Rear variant with coolant expansion reservoir

Cut through coolant filling hose to expansion reservoir (12) and cut to desired length according to the length of the junction (13).

Install junction (13).

Slide chafe protection (15) as shown onto return hose (14) and heat and shrink on uniformly all the way around using a heat gun.

Only for the new variant with one feed to oil/coolant module (A).

Attach return hose (14) to junction (13).

Cut return hose (14) to length and attach check valve (16).

 Note flow direction. Coolant flows from coolant filter to expansion reservoir. The arrow on the check valve (16) always points to expansion reservoir.

Cut return hose (14) to desired length and install between check valve (16) and coolant line (9).

Attach chafe protection (17) in area of charge air pipe and route return hose (14) using cable tie without chafing.
