1.1	Remove cylinder head cover trim	Engine 611, 646, 647.	AR01.20-P-5014-02A

1.2	Remove air filter	Engine 628 in model 220.	AR09.10-P-1050M
1.3	Remove engine trim panel	Engine 628 in model 211.	AR01.10-P-2405TD
2	Remove bolt (3) from the bracket (4) of the high-pressure line (2)
3	Unscrew and remove the high pressure line (2) from the high pressure pump (6) and rail (7)	 Counterhold high pressure fitting (1) to avoid it from loosing as the high pressure line is being loosened.
		In order to avoid leakage, do not squeeze or bend the high pressure line (2). After disassembling the high pressure line (2), seal connections. Ensure scrupulous cleanliness!
		 Installation: Check sealing edge on high pressure line (2). If there are any dents, replace high pressure line (2). Ensure the high pressure line (2) is seated exactly.

4	Clean high pressure pump (6) in the area of high pressure fitting (1) with cold cleaning solvent and blow dry with compressed air	 Depending on installation position, use an absorbent, lint-free cloth to collect any fuel that runs out.	*BR00.45-Z-1051-04A
5	Remove high pressure fitting (1) from the high pressure pump (6)	 Vacuum up any particles, like paint, from around hole.

6	Remove sealing ring (5) from hole	 Installation: The sealing ring (5) must always be replaced.  Vacuum up any paint and dirt particles, particularly from out of the hole.
7	Install in the reverse order
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 8	Check fuel system for leaks with engine running	 Visual inspection.
