The procedure described below is currently only valid for the markets AT, BE, CH, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FR, GB, GR, IT, LU, NL, PL, PT, SE.

Return of the data medium inside the device in the case of device replacement within the framework of a warranty or goodwill claim can only be guaranteed if:

1 The return form has been completed fully and legibly.

2 The return form is attached to the device that is subject of the complaint.

3 The device is returned immediately after removal.

Opening or damaging the device when attempting to remove the CDs/DVDs or other media leads to the rejection of the warranty and goodwill claim.

Media in the device, without any reference in the return delivery form, will be disposed of.

If the data storage device is not ejected, proceed with operation step 2.

Data storage device remains in the device.

Fill in form and attach to the device

Send back the device which has been removed

Please use the known express warranty return delivery process.
The data carrier in the device is to be returned (as quickly as possible) to the workshop address stated on the form.
