 Danger	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
 Danger	Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contactwith fuel.  Warning	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.  	Remove/install
1	Remove lower engine compartment paneling.		AR61.20-S-1105E
		 Loosen lower engine compartment lining in working area only, do not remove completely.
		 Installation: Only reattach lower engine compartment lining after leak test has been performed.
2	Remove left underfloor paneling.	Model 447 with engine 651 with code MX0 (BlueEFFICIENCY package), Model 447 with engine 654.9	AR61.30-S-1001E
		Model 447 with engine 622.8	AR61.30-S-1001EH
		 Installation: Only reattach left underbody paneling after leak test has been performed.
3	Remove splash guard.	Model 447 except code MX0 (BlueEFFICIENCY package) except code VQ1 (AVANTGARDE)	AR61.30-S-0015E
		 Installation: Only reattach splash guard after leak test has been performed.
4	Remove fuel line (7) from STH fuel metering pump (M46/1).	 Collect escaping fuel, seal the fuel line (7).

5	Clamp off coolant hoses (2, 4).	 Clamp	*000589543700
6	Remove coolant hose (2) from holder (1).	 To do so, remove nut (3).
7	Remove holder (10).	 To do so, remove nut.
8	Release hose (5).
9	Disconnect electrical connection (6).
10	Remove heater (12) with holder (1) from vehicle floor.	 For this purpose, remove nuts (8).

11	Remove coolant hoses (4) from heater (12).	 Seal openings and collect escaping coolant.

		 Installation: Check clamps for damage.

		
		replace affected clamps.
12	Remove coolant hose (9).	 Seal openings and collect escaping coolant.

13	Guide coolant hose (9) out of holder (1).	 Secure coolant hose (9) outside working area.
14	Remove heater (12) with holder (1).	 For this purpose disconnect the electrical connections (11).
15	Install in the reverse order.
