Danger!

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove bleed hose (1) from coolant expansion reservoir (4)

Three bleed hoses on engine 628.962 and engine 113.993.

Detach coolant hose (2)

Remove bolt (3)

Lift coolant expansion reservoir (4) upwards out of rubber mounts (5)

Disconnect electrical connector (6) of fill level sensor

Remove coolant expansion reservoir (4)

Install in the reverse order

Fill cooling system
