	Removing
Danger!	Risk of explosion caused by ignition of flammable products, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Remove cylinder head cover trim	Engine 611	AR01.20-P-5014-02A

2	Detach fuel return line on return connection (1)	 Leave securing clip on line fitting. Refer to
		Separate fuel lines from engine, reconnect	AR47.25-P-1000-01A
3	Connect vent hose (2) on return connection (1)
	Bleeding
4	Apply electrical power	Put plug of diesel breather pump (3) into cigarette lighter.
5	Bleed fuel system	 Bleed fuel system with diesel breather pump (3).
		The ventilation procedure is carried out as long as necessary until no air bubbles are present in the diesel fuel.

	Installation
6	Interrupt power supply.	Pull plug of diesel breather pump (3) out of cigarette lighter.
7	Disconnect vent hose (2) on return connection (1)
8	Attach fuel return line on return connection (1)	 Leave securing clip on line fitting. Refer to
		Separate fuel lines from engine, reconnect	AR47.25-P-1000-01A
	Checking
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Let engine run, check return connection (1) for leaks
