Location
The electric differential lock control unit is installed in the spare wheel well in foam.
Task
The electric differential lock control unit operates the multidisk clutch of the differential lock through the electric differential lock actuator (M46/3).
Coding
The electric differential lock control unit can be coded and programmed, i.e. the entire control unit software can be updated.
CAN network
The electric differential lock control unit is connected through the AMG CAN (CAN AMG) to the vehicle's CAN network and exchanges data with other control units.
