Test conditions

Only perform protective earth conductor and insulation resistance measurement after the vehicle has been de-energized.
Otherwise, the measurement results will be incorrect.

Never perform protective earth conductor and insulation resistance test on a high-voltage component between HV+ (positive) and HV- (negative).
Otherwise, the high voltage component will be damaged.

Carefully connect probes of insulation resistance meter to high-voltage connections.
Otherwise the high-voltage connections may be damaged.
