Remove radial shaft sealing ring (11) of the drive shaft (13) and remove sealing cover (10) of countershaft (12)

Remove circlip (8) from input shaft (13) using pliers

 Pliers

Remove bolt (9) on countershaft (12)

 To do this, counterhold input shaft (13) using  retainer wrench.

Remove output flange (2) by counterholding with pin wrench

Position the transmission horizontal and unscrew bolts (7)

In the positions shown, screw two safety screws (arrows, length approx. 60 mm) several threads in the rear section of the transmission housing (5)

Position transmission vertically

Drive out countershaft (12) using plastic mallet

Position the transmission horizontal and unscrew the safety bolts (arrows)

15

Remove rear section of transmission housing (5) together with the gear sets

16

Remove main shaft and countershaft (12) with shift unit

Fill with transmission oil

 The transmission must be in the installation position.

 Correct oil level = 10 mm below lower edge of filler opening.

 Perform measurement e.g. using an L-shaped Allen wrench.
