Disconnect compressed-air lines from shift cylinder (3)

Shift shift piston (5) of range group into the "Low-speed" position

To do this, pressurize connection of range group position "Low-speed" (44) with compressed air.

Remove shift cylinder (3)

Detach O-rings (2, 4 and 6)

Detach sealing ring (1) from shift piston (5)

Install

Fit new sealing ring (1) on shift piston (5)

Pack cavity between the two sealing lips of sealing ring (1) with lubricant.

Lubricant with brown sealing ring (1).

Fit new O-ring (4) in transmission

Coat O-ring (4) with lubricant.

Place new O-rings (2, 6) on shift cylinder (3)

Coat O-rings (2, 6) with lubricant.

Slide on O-ring (6) until it abuts.

Sealing on shift cylinder for range group or on range module changed

Install shift cylinder (3)

Install compressed-air lines at the connection for the "low-speed" range group position (44) and at the connection for the "high-speed" range group position (45) of the shift cylinder (3)
