Danger! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut. | |

4 | Drain coolant at engine | Only with code (KMKL) Engine auxiliary cooling in rear cooling system. | |

6 | Remove soundproofing on frame at top left and right | ||
7 | Detach clamp (1) from exhaust-gas flexible tube and slide downwards | Otherwise when raising the engine the exhaust-gas flexible tube may be damaged. | |

8 | Detach air line (2) from proportional valve (Y151) | ||
9 | Detach steering oil pressure line (3) and steering oil return line (4) for secondary power steering pump. | Catch escaping hydraulic fluid. | |
10 | Remove compressed-air line (5) | | |
11 | Detach transmission connectors (X29) | ||
12 | Disconnect electrical connector (8) from gear control (GS) control unit | ||
13 | Detach coolant hose (6) from upper coolant connection of turbo clutch | ||
14 | Remove holder (7) of coolant hose (6) from cab mounting | ||
15 | Remove steps and step plate behind rear cooling system | ||
16 | Remove air filter (13) | ||
17 | Remove brace (16) of exhaust system | | |
18 | Remove frame crossmember (15) under the transmission | | |
19 | Remove propeller shaft (9) and fasten to frame | | |
20 | Remove coolant lines (17) | Collect coolant that flows out | |
21 | Detach bracket (18) from transmission | ||
22 | Remove oil cooler lines (11) | Collect transmission oil which flows out. Seal connectors (10) with suitable stop plugs. | |

23 | Remove holder (12, 14 and 18) from transmission | | |
24 | Detach wiring harness of battery from transmission and place to one side | ||
25 | Disconnect adapter or connections on PTO | ||
26 | Remove clutch actuator | ||
27 | Remove bolts of transmission support arm from transmission mount | | |
28 | Raise transmission approx. 30 mm and insert a wooden wedge on both sides between the frame and exhaust manifold | ||
29 | Remove right transmission support arm from transmission | | |
30 | Remove turbo clutch with transmission from timing case and lift out | ||

31 | Install in the reverse order | ||
32 | Inspect transmission oil level, adjust to correct level if necessary | ||
33 | Bleed steering system | ||
34 | Teach in gear control (GS) control unit |
