 	Disassembling, assembling
1	Remove main shaft and countershaft		AR26.50-D-2001D
2	Remove shift rail guide plate (11)	 Installation: Install both bolts and press guide plate all the way down before tightening (arrow A).	*BA26.40-N-1010-01A
3	Pry off breather (12)	 Always replace breather
4	Press out inductive-type pulse generator (2) out from the inside
5	Remove circlip (9)	Installation: If transmission housing rear section has been replaced, main shaft bearing play must be adjusted: 
		Adjust main shaft bearing play	AR26.50-D-2001-01A
			*BE26.50-N-1001-01D
6	Press out main bearing shaft (8) using drift	 Drift for pushing out	*711589081500
		 Always replace main shaft bearing after pushing out. Installation: Place main shaft bearing in transmission housing such that locating pin can slot into provided recess in transmission housing (arrows B and C).
		 Drift for pushing in (with transmission 711.605)	*711589061500
		 With transmission 711.620/621, select suitable drift for pushing in.
7	Unscrew oil drain plug and oil filler screw (5, 4).	 Replace sealing rings (3, 6).

8	Remove gearshift shaft thrust bearing		AR26.60-D-0006A
9	PTO, dismantling	Only with transmission 711.620/621 with Code N05 or N07	AR26.45-D-0016A
