 Vehicle with frame-type integral support (I-beam) removed and engine unit/transmission unit on straightening bench installed, Celette straightening bracket set 7169.300.

Supplement to straightening setup plan:

In the case of a vehicle setup with frame-type integral support removed and engine unit installed, the straightening tool no.12 and 13 with part 14/15 and straightening tool 18 with part 15 cannot be set up to setup "major assemblies removed".

Reason:

Straightening tool no. 12 and 13 with MZ-260 collide with the engine housing. Straightening tool 18 with MZ-200 collides with the refrigerant compressor.

Remedy:

Straightening tool no. 12 and 13 with part 16 and straightening tool 18 with part 20 are to be set up in combination with MZ-080 as per the setup plan "major units installed".

Additional measures

With straightening tool no. 12 and 13 the frame-type integral support removed with a sheet metal interlayer (sheet thickness of I-beam) of 5 mm must be screwed in between the longitudinal member and part 16 for height compensation.

With straightening tool no. 18 a sheet metal interlayer (sheet thickness of I-beam) of 2.5 mm must be inserted between the longitudinal member and part 20.
