1 | Remove automatic transmission | ||
2 | Detach transmission housing from torque converter housing (4) | ||
3 | Remove output unit | The output unit consists of multidisk clutch K3, rear hollow shaft, rear planet carrier, output shaft and rear ring gear. | |
4 | Remove drive unit | The drive unit consists of the drive shaft, multidisk clutch K2, front planet carrier, internal plate carrier, multidisk clutch K1 and multidisk brake B3. | |
5 | Remove bolts (2) | | |
6 | Remove oil pump (3) | Mark installation position of oil pump (3). Screw two opposing bolts (2) into housing (3.2) and detach oil pump (3) using a suitable tool. | |
Installation: Replace radial sealing ring and O-ring (3.3). Insert the impeller (3.1) such that the chamfer (arrow) faces towards the housing (3.2). | |||
