 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 1	Inspect cooling and heating system for leaks and proper condition		AP20.00-T-2050CA
2	Open control valves of heating system	 Turn ignition/starter switch to drive position and open regulating valves on the front, floor and roof heater units. After about 2 minutes, turn to stop position.
3	Take off cap of cooling system (1)
4	Drain coolant	in case of model 613.367	AP20.00-T-2080-01CB
		in case of model 613.368	AP20.00-T-2080-01CA

		 Pay attention to legal provisions and local waste water regulations for disposal of the coolant. Old coolant and corrosion residues must be completely flashed out. If cooling system is very dirty: 
		Clean cooling system (subject to separate repair order).
5	Pour in coolant	 Pour in coolant up to the maximum marking. Use only coolant of the specified composition.

6	Switch on circulation pump	 Turn ignition/starter switch to drive position.
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Start engine and run for about 1 minute at varying speeds
8	Switch off engine and top up coolant	 Turn ignition/starter switch to drive position and allow circulation pump to continue running.
9	Set temperature for front and floor heating to maximum heating capacity
10	Warm up engine until thermostat opens	 Switch on additional heater, if fitted, in order to more rapidly reach the necessary operating temperature.
11	Switch off engine and allow to cool down
12	Check coolant level, adjust to correct level if necessary.	 At approx. 50 °C.	AP20.00-T-2010CA
