Detach transmission housing from torque converter housing (4)

Remove output unit

The output unit consists of multidisk clutch K3, rear hollow shaft,

rear planet carrier, output shaft and rear ring gear.

Remove drive unit

The drive unit consists of the drive shaft, multidisk clutch K2, front planet carrier, internal plate carrier, multidisk clutch K1 and multidisk brake B3.

Remove bolts (2)

Remove oil pump (3)

Mark installation position of oil pump (3).

Screw two opposing bolts (2) into housing (3.2) and detach oil pump (3) using a suitable tool.

Installation: Replace radial sealing ring and O-ring (3.3).

Insert the impeller (3.1) such that the chamfer (arrow) faces towards the housing (3.2).
