Install reverse gear shaft (26)

 The reverse gear (30) and needle bearing must be positioned precisely. Grease reverse gear shaft (26) Insert 2/3 of the reverse gear shaft (26) by hand with thread pointing outwards and drive in as far as stop using a plastic mallet.

 Grease new radial shaft sealing ring (19) on sealing lip.

Install the transmission output flange (21), washer (22) and screw (23)

 A metal piece of 95 mm in length must be used for support (e.g. a bolt with at least Ø 14 mm).

 Knock in inner ring of grooved ball bearing (5) until it abuts with the front section of transmission housing (29).



Install locking ring (4) without play

 If necessary install circlip (4) of a different thickness
