The following settlement process is valid for guarantee and goodwill claims in the 15 European countries A, B, CH, CZ, DK, E, F, GB, GR, I, NL, P, PL, RO and S.
Authorized MercedesBenz companies must submit warranty and goodwill claims for minibuses through the EVA or VEGA warranty systems.
Exceptions:
Repairs, which include the replacement of EvoBus unique parts, can currently only be processed through the EvoBus national subsidiaries. Only in these instances need the MercedesBenz agency submit an invoice to the respective EvoBus national subsidiary. Here, only the warranty charge rate, net delivery costs of the parts, where applicable including dealer handling and ancillary costs,may be charged.
