7 | Remove all cable ties on the compressed air lines (4) | Installation: Replace cable tie. | |

Mark installation position of compressed air lines (4). | |||
Installation: Check O-rings and replace if necessary. Note compressed air line (4) markings. | |||
9 | Detach compressed air line bracket (8) | ||
10 | Release coolant expansion reservoir (1) at top front plate and push to one side | If necessary, detach electrical connection from coolant level switch. | |
11 | Remove bracket (7) | Pedal bracket to firewall | |
12 | Detach electrical connection from switch 1, clutch pedal (S85) | ||
13 | Detach electrical connection from switch 2, clutch pedal (S89) | ||
14 | Remove bolts (6) from pedal bracket (5) | Pedal bracket to firewall | |
15 | Remove pedal bracket (5) towards front | Installation: Check seal on pedal bracket (5) for damage, replace if necessary. | |
16 | Install in the reverse order | ||
17 | Adjust brake pedal | ||
18 | Start engine and completely inflate air brake system with idle speed | ||
