Drain coolant

Remove cap (1) from filler neck (2) of coolant expansion reservoir.

Open drain screw (8) on engine radiator and collect coolant in a suitable container.

Plug drain hose onto drain screw (4) on crankcase.

Open drain screw (4) and collect coolant in a suitable container.

Detach both coolant hoses (5) from coolant pipes to the engine, and collect coolant in a suitable container.

Detach both coolant hoses (6) from coolant pipes to the transmission, and collect coolant in a suitable container.
Pour in coolant

Detach drain hose from drain screw (4).

Tighten drain screws (3, 4) .

Fasten coolant hoses (5, 6) onto coolant pipes.

Remove the banjo bolt (7) on the engine radiator at top right through the front-end flap with the cab tilted.

Add coolant in specified composition at filler neck .

As soon as the coolant exits at the banjo bolt (7) on the engine radiator bubble-free, tighten the banjo bolt (7) with new sealing rings .
13
Add coolant up to edge of filler neck (2).
14
Screw cap (1) onto filler neck (2) of coolant expansion reservoir.
