1 | Unclip engine wiring harness (12) at the respective retaining clip (arrows) and lift somewhat. |
2 | Remove screw/bolt (13). |
3 | Remove cover (14). |
4 | Disconnect electrical connection at camshaft Hall sensor (B6/1). |
5 | Disconnect electrical connection at cylinder 1 fuel injector (Y76/1), cylinder 2 fuel injector (Y76/2), cylinder 3 fuel injector (Y76/3), cylinder 4 fuel injector (Y76/4). |
6 | Disconnect electrical connection for temperature sensor upstream of ATL at connecting point (15). |
7 | Disconnect vehicle interior and engine wiring harness (X26) electrical connection. |
8 | Disconnect glow plug electrical connection (X214). |
9 | Disconnect electrical connection on the fuel pressure sensor (B4/7). |
10 | Disconnect electrical connection at boost pressure control pressure transducer (Y31/5). |
11 | Disconnect electrical connection at exhaust pressure sensor (B60). |
12 | Disconnect electrical connection at pressure regulating valve (Y74). |
13 | Disconnect electrical connection at fuel filter condensation sensor with heating element (B76/1). |
14 | Disconnect electrical connection from intake port shutoff actuator motor (M55). |
15 | Disconnect electrical connection on DPF differential pressure sensor (B28/8). |
16 | Disconnect electrical connection on high pressure fuel pressure sensor (B4/6). |
17 | Detach ground line from cylinder head . |
18 | Pull engine wiring harness (12) and cable duct (16) upwards and fix in place. |
19 | Connect in reverse order. |
