Remove/install

Remove electrical connector from needle movement sensor and injection control device

Refer to

Removing and connecting distributor pump electrical wires

Remove attached parts at intake manifold

Just slacken charge air hose at intake pipe and remove

Unscrew injection line bracket (8) at intake manifold

Unscrew injection lines (1) at nozzle holders

Unscrew fuel return lines (9) from nozzle holders

Slacken clamping claw (6) and remove with circuit (5), spherical washer (4) and bolt (3)

Installation: Do not retighten bolts.

Replace circuit, spherical washer and bolt.

Withdraw nozzle holder (2) and remove
sealing ring (7)

Use extractor if nozzle holders (2) are stuck

Installation: Replace sealing ring (7)
fuel return line connection must
point in direction of intake manifold.
Grease lower area of nozzle holder (approx. 66 mm).
