Danger!

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove front part of engine compartment paneling

Open drain plug (10) at radiator (9) and drain coolant

Detach coolant line (3) at radiator (9)

Detach automatic oil lines (4, 5) at radiator (9)

Close automatic oil lines.

Remove coolant line (6) at radiator (9)

Pull off hood seal

Remove plastic cover (7)

Detach radiator crossmember (8)

Detach coolant line to expansion reservoir at radiator (9)

Detach bracket of refrigerant line at radiator

Detach capacitor from radiator (9)

Take out radiator (9)

Installation: The studs of the radiator must be seated at the bottom in rubber mounts of crossmember.

Install in the reverse order

Pour in coolant
