Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Open 2-stage cap (2)

Carefully rotate 2-stage cap (2) half a revolution in a counterclockwise direction, release overpressure, then unscrew 2-stage cap (2).

Set heating controller to maximum heating output

Check coolant level; correct if necessary

Check cooling system for leaktightness

Check cooling and heating hoses as well as their connections for proper condition and coolant loss; replace cooling and heating hoses if necessary.

Check condition and seating of hose clamps; retighten or replace if necessary
