Catch the coolant, change it if necessary. | |||
2 | Remove the nut (6) from the steel cable. | Installation: Screw the nut (6) until the steel cable expands. However, it should be tension-free. | |
3 | Remove the air aftecooler hoses (7/8). | ||

Installation: Check the state of the hoses (7/8), replace them if necessary. Do not invert the hoses. | |||
The red hose (7) should be installed between the turbocharger and the aftercooler. | |||

4 | Disconnect the cooler hoses (3/4/5). | Check the condition of hoses and clamps, replace if necessary. | |
5 | Remove the screws (2) from the clamps (10) securing the cooling system hose. | ||
6 | Remove the screws (9) securing the cooler (1) to the pads (11). | .Radiator fastening bolts to the pad | |
7 | Remove the cooler with the aftercooler (1). | Do not damage the cooler, the aftercooler and the -cooling system hoses. | |
Installation: Support the radiator (1) on the cushions (11), so that the fan blades are centered on the air deflector with a uniform distance across the whole circumference. | |||
8 | Loosen the nuts (12) and remove the pads (11). | Check the condition of the pads (11), replace if necessary. | |
