For flushing, bleeding and filling the clutch operating system and the hydraulic/pneumatic power shift (HPS) on vehicles with code (IY2) Hydraulic fluid as per sheet 345.0, we have developed the adapter kit, special tool 000 589 02 91 00.

The filling and bleeding units for hydraulic oil listed in the GSP Online Technik Informations System (GOTIS) may still only be used in combination with the adapter kit, special tool 000 589 02 91 00.

The repair instructions have been suitably revised and replaced in the WIS.

Due to recent events we would point out that the repair instructions published in the WIS for bleeding the clutch operating system and the hydraulic/pneumatic power shift (HPS) must be adhered to.

In the case of the "Adapter kits" delivered up to November 2007 fitting problems can occur with the "Filling adapter for reservoir (clutch)" with the identification "L". In isolated cases the filling adapter can only be screwed onto the expansion reservoir with difficulty. The affected filling adapters can be replaced by the correspondingly modified filling adapters with the identification "Ls" via the Romess Rogg company.
