Work
The wheel set is comprised of primary shaft (8), secondary shaft (16), reverse shaft (20) and an integrated differential. The primary and secondary shafts are at different heights and displaced. All the wheels have straight gearing and are inserted obliquely.
Primary shaft
The primary shaft (8) is comprised of the engine connection, 1st gear wheel (7), 2nd gear wheel (6), 3rd gear wheel with bearings (5), 3rd and 4th gear synchronizing (4), 4th gear wheel with bearings (3), 5th gear wheel with bearing (2) and 5th gearsynchronizing (1).
The gearing of 1st and 2nd gear are directly cut on the shaft.
The wheel of the 3rd gear (5) has two cylindrical roller bearings. The wheels of 4th and 5th gear (3,2), have two needle bearings.The primary shaft (8) is supported on a ball bearing and a cylindrical roller bearing.
Secondary shaft
The secondary shaft (16) is comprised of the gearing of the drive pinion (15), 1st gear wheel with bearing (14), 1st and 2nd gear synchronizing (13), 2nd gear wheel with bearing (12) and 3rd, 4th and 5th gear fixed wheels (11, 10, 9).
The gearing of the secondary shaft is directly cut on the shaft (15).
The wheel of the 1st gear (14) has two cylindrical roller bearings. The wheel of the 2nd gear (12) has two needle bearings. The 3rd, 4th and 5th gear wheels (11, 10, 9) are hot installed. The secondary shaft (16) is supported on a ball bearing and a cylindrical roller bearing.
Reverse shaft
Reverse shaft (2) is comprised of a wheel with bearing (19), connector (18) (Not synchronized) and a fixed wheel (17). The reverse wheel with bearing (19) has two needle bearings. The fixed wheel (17) is hot installed. The reverse shaft (20) is supported on a ball bearing and a cylindrical roller bearing.
The reverse wheel with bearing gears with the 1st gear wheel with bearing (14). The fixed reverse wheel (17) gears with the 3rd gear wheel with bearing (5). The direction is changed through the 1st gear wheel (14).
