Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. | |

2 | Unscrew the cap (1) on the expansion reservoir (2) | Turn the cap (1) counterclockwise one half-turn, release the pressure, and then unscrew the cap (1). | |
3 | Detach lower engine compartment paneling | ||
| Remove/install bottom engine compartment paneling | ||
4 | Unscrew drain plug (5) at radiator (6) and drain coolant | Collect coolant | |

5 | Screw tight drain plug (5) at radiator (6) | ||
6 | Install lower engine compartment paneling. | ||
| Remove/install bottom engine compartment paneling | ||
7 | Connect filling device (3) with adapter (4) to expansion reservoir (2), evacuate cooling system and then fill | Use the adapter (4) from the brake fluid change device. Observe instruction manual from filling device (3) manufacturer. | |
