Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Remove the expansion tank's cap (1)
2	Check the coolant level at the expansion tank	 To check the level, the coolant temperature should be below 50ºC.
		 Before replenishing, if necessary, check the coolant's concentration.
		It is not necessary to replenish it, when the coolant level is:
		
		Trucks with extended cabin (688, 693) - between the upper edge of the supply mouth and the reference (arrow) inside the reservoir.
		Trucks with semi-extended cabin, buses and special vehicles - between the Max /Min marks.
3	Check the cooling liquid concentration

		 In the case it is not right, re-establish the coolant's concentration.

		Supply the cooling system up to the maximum level reference mark:
		
		Trucks with semi-advanced cab, Bus and Special vehicles - up to the Max. mark
		Trucks with extended cabin (688, 693) - up to the upper edge of the tank's supply mouth.
6	Install the expansion tank's cap (1)
