1 | Remove transmission housing (1) from torque converter housing. |

3 | Remove snap ring (3). | ||
4 | Remove clutch pack B05 (4). | ||
5 | Attach threaded rod (6) and pressure disk (7) and position wing nut (8) on threaded rod (6). | Assembly tool | |
6 | Tighten wing nut (8) until snap ring (9) is exposed. | Assembly tool | |
7 | Remove snap ring (9). | ||
8 | Remove disk spring (10). | ||
9 | Remove piston (12). | ||
10 | Remove piston ring (11) from piston (12). | ||
11 | Remove snap ring (13). | ||
12 | Remove clutch pack B06 (5). | ||
13 | Remove wing nut (8) and pressure disk (7). | Assembly tool | |
14 | Attach thrust ring (14) and position wing nut (8) on threaded rod (6). | Assembly tool | |

22 | Apply light coating of oil to new sealing rings (19, 20) and install onto piston (18). | ||

31 | Tighten wing nut (8) far enough until snap ring (15) engages. | Check for correct seating and installation position. The cutout must face forward. | |

38 | Insert piston (12) into transmission housing (1). | Make sure that the installation position is correct. The hole on the piston (12) must line up with the hole on the transmission housing (1). | |
39 | Insert disk spring (10) into transmission housing (1). | Pay attention to installation position. | |
40 | Attach pressure disk (7) and position wing nut (8) on threaded rod (6). | The cutout of the thrust ring (14) must line up with the cutout of the snap ring (15). | |
