2	Remove noise encapsulation on left
3	Remove step platform above transmission
4	Detach gate selector rod (9) from telescopic shift rod (1) and from shift rod (8)
5	Detach telescopic shift rod (1) from transfer lever (3)
6	Detach gate support rod (5) from bracket (6) and from shift rod (8)
7	Unscrew nut on ball joint (7) and press ball joint out of socket on shift shaft	 Use a suitable puller if necessary.
8	Detach shift rod (8) from transfer lever (3)
9	Detach transfer lever (3) from bracket (4)	 Check bearing pin (13) and bush (14) for wear and damage, and replace if necessary.
10	Detach bracket (4) from transmission
	Install
11	Set adjustment dimension (B) on ball joints (2, 7 and 10)	 Only if replacing the ball joints.	*BE26.60-N-1003-01B
12	Attach bracket (4) to transmission		*BA26.60-N-1037-01D
13	Attach transfer lever (3) to bracket (4)	 Replace and grease washers (11, 12). Observe installation position (arrow) of washer (12) the shoulder must point inwards.	*BR00.45-Z-1016-06A
