1 | Remove the maintenance flap of the radiator in the passenger compartment | The maintenance flap of the radiator is located on the right side at the rear of the passenger compartment. | |

Danger! | Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. | |

5 | Disconnect the electrical connector from the coolant fluid level sensor | The coolant fluid level sensor is located in the rear area of the coolant expansion reservoir (1). | |
6 | Detach the coolant hoses (3) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) | The coolant hoses (3) can be reached via the opened maintenance flap of the radiator in the passenger compartment. | |
7 | Detach the coolant expansion reservoir (1) from the hydraulic fluid expansion reservoir (2) | The coolant expansion reservoir (1) is secured by a screw on the left side. | |
8 | Remove the coolant expansion reservoir (1) to the side | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order | ||

10 | Start engine and run for about 1 minute at varying speeds | ||
11 | Switch off engine and top up coolant | ||
12 | Crank the engine and allow it to run until the coolant has reached operating temperature | ||
13 | Switch off engine and allow to cool down | Let the engine cool off until the coolant temperature is about 50 °C. | |
