1 Plug and lock connector (1) onto PMR solenoid valve (Y159).

2 Route electrical wiring harness (2) along existing vehicle wiring harness to the rear to the frame crossmember (3) and fasten with a cable tie to the vehicle wiring harness.
3 Route electrical wiring harness (2) along existing vehicle wiring harness to the frame crossmember (3) on the right side of the frame and fasten with a cable tie to the vehicle wiring harness.

4 Wrap electrical wiring harness (2) around area of exhaust pipe with heat protection hose (4).
5 Fasten heat protection hose (4) using three cable ties to frame.

6 Unscrew nut (5).
7 Cut off and strip electrical line (6) accordingly.
8 Connect cable lug (7) to electrical line (6).
9 Fasten cable lug (7) to engine ground point (XM.31) using nut (5).
10 Route electrical wiring harness along vehicle wiring harness forward and fasten with cable ties to vehicle wiring harness.
11 Tilt back cab.

12 Use sharp object to penetrate rubber grommet (8).
13 Route electrical wiring harness (2) through the rubber grommet (8).
14 Cut off and strip electrical line RD/GN (9) accordingly.
15 Fit connector (10) to electrical line RD/YE (9).
16 Insert electrical line RD/YE (9) into Pin 3 of cab chassis connector (X2.1).
17 Insert cab chassis connector (X2.1) into connector plate (11) on outside.
18 Use sealing adhesive to seal electrical wiring harness (2) in rubber grommet (8).

19 Install cover (5).
20 Install air intake pipe (4).
21 Install trim grille (3).
22 Close the service access hatch (2).
