Please remember that a defective automatic transmission 725.0 generally must not be disassembled during the guarantee or goodwill period.
In the event of customer complaints, a TIPS case must always be created. The following documents must be attached to the TIPS case:

Log file of log data (EEPROM)
Completed analysis sheet OF27.00-S-3000-05A
The Service Information SI00.00-S-0086A must be taken into consideration when creating the TIPS case.
The creation of the log data log file (EEPROM) is implemented in XENTRY Diagnostics under the following menu item:

Only the repair work cited below may be carried out during the guarantee or goodwill period, provided that the relevant document describing the repair work is available in the WIS:
Check oil level in the automatic transmission with the ultrasound device; correct if necessary.
Automatic transmission fluid and oil filter change.
Remove/install automatic transmission with torque converter, and replace if necessary.
Take out torque converter, insert and replace if necessary.
Remove/install electrohydraulic controller unit (transmission installed), and replace if necessary.
Remove/install park pawl actuator, replace if necessary.
Remove/install fully integrated transmission control unit (VGS) (electrohydraulic controller unit removed), replace if necessary.
Remove/install automatic transmission auxiliary oil pump, and replace if necessary.
Remove/install automatic transmission oil pan, and replace if necessary (including replacement of seal).
Remove/install automatic transmission oil cooler, and replace if necessary.
Remove/install radial shaft sealing ring on output flange, and replace if necessary.
Remove/install oil pump radial shaft sealing ring, and replace if necessary.
The corresponding WIS documents must always be observed when performing repair work.
The automatic transmission component part that is the subject of complaint, or the automatic transmission that is the subject of complaint must be returned with the completed analysis sheet OF27.00-S-3000-05A using the standard process.
The component parts are returned via the return shipment process for the respective market.
The analysis sheet is required for damage analysis.
