Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.

Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.

When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).

Remove bearing bracket on rear-end door (1).

Remove screws (3) and remove emblem (4).

Remove screws (5) and remove guide bearing (6).

 Screw, guide bearing to rear-end door

Remove washer fluid hose from rear-end door (1).

Expose electrical door wiring harness and remove from rear-end door (1).
