Remove outside door handle from rear-end door.

Remove lower rear-end door trim.

Loosen screw/bolt (1).

Unhook bearing bracket (2) from the rear-end door (arrow) and remove downward until the cable (3) is accessible.

Remove cable (3) from bearing bracket (2) and remove bearing bracket (2).

Install in the reverse order.

Check

Check opening and closing function of the rear-end door.
