Secure engine to support fixture (01) and lifting platform using tensioning strap to prevent it from falling down.



Remove starter.

Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) and unclip electric line.

Turn front guide and rear holder of support fixture (01) back under transmission (1).

Unscrew screws (3) from transmission (1) and remove transmission (1).

 Aid of helper required.

Remove crankshaft Hall sensor.

When replacing the transmission (1).

Check

Check central clutch release bearing for damage; replace if necessary.

Check radial shaft sealing ring of drive shaft for damage; replace if necessary.

Remove clutch and check for wear and damage; replace if necessary.

Check dowel pins in transmission housing for damage and tight seating and replace if necessary.

Check radial shaft sealing rings of front axle shafts in transmission (1) for damage; replace if necessary.

Clean

Clean drive shaft at splined shaft and guide.

Assembly cleaner

Install

Install crankshaft Hall sensor.

Lightly grease drive shaft all around splined shaft with hot lubrication paste.


Do not bring the clutch release bearing and the clutch into contact with the hot lubrication paste.
Otherwise damage will occur.

Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20

Attach transmission (1) to engine and tighten screws (3).

 Aid of helper required.

Position front guide and rear holder of support fixture (01) on transmission (1).

Connect and lock electrical connector (2) and clip in electric line.

Install starter.
