10 | Loosen lug (6) and detach vent line (7). | ||

12 | Unplug gear position connector (arrow). | ||
13 | Lower vehicle | ||
14 | Remove engine hood | ||
15 | Remove paneling on center piece in front of the windshield | ||
16 | Remove battery tray | ||

18 | Detach wiring harness (11) at bracket (10). | ||
19 | Detach bracket (8, 9, 10) at transmission (1). | ||
20 | Detach wiring harness (11) at bracket (12). | ||

22 | Remove bolts (13) | ||
23 | Unscrew bolts of the transmission (1) from the engine at the top. | The transmission (1) is secured at the top by three bolts. | |

24 | Install engine bridge | ||

25 | Unscrew bolt (15) and unscrew nuts (14) | Installation: Replace self-locking bolt (15) and nuts (14). | |

26 | Lower the transmission (1) carefully using engine bridge until the transmission (1) can be taken out | When lowering transmission (1), loosen transmission bearing (16) from transmission (1) using a suitable screwdriver, if necessary align transmission (1) using a suitable vehicle jack to prevent the guide bolts from jamming in the transmission bearing (16). | |
