 Warning

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Remove hose (3) from connection fitting (1).

 Removal: Collect escaping coolant.

 Installation: Check the clamp (2) and hose (3).

 Hose clamp pliers

If clamp (2) or hose (3) are damaged,



replace clamp (2) or hose (3).

Remove hose (6) from connection fitting (1).

 Removal: Collect escaping coolant.

 Installation: Check the clamp (5) and hose (6).

 Hose clamp pliers

replace clamp (5) or hose (6).

Remove hose (7) from connection fitting (1).

 Removal: Collect escaping coolant.

 Installation: Check the clamp (8) and hose (7).

replace clamp (8) or hose (7).

Remove connection fitting (1).

 For this purpose, remove bolts (4).

Install in the reverse order.



Check coolant level.
