1 | Attach the DC clip-on probe (065) for the engine tester with oscilloscope (030) in accordance with the connection scheme to the positive line on the on-board electrical system battery (G1). |
2 | Start engine. |
3 | Switch on low beams. |
It is not possible in this test to assess the exciter diodes. |
4 | Assess diode harmonic content at an engine speed of 3000 rpm. |
5 | After ending checking, stop the engine. |
6 | Remove the DC clip-on probe (065) for the engine tester with oscilloscope (030). |
