Request for documentation for deactivation

1

Instruction of customer in accordance with certification.

The subsequent deactivation of the restraint system component at the customer's request is only permissible on medical grounds, to be verified by the customer with the appropriate evidence.

To prove medical grounds making the deactivation of a restraint system component imperative, the presentation of a certification to this effect must be requested and the existence of this certificate must be documented accordingly (copy of certificate).

The identity of the customer and authorization on the basis of the submission of an identity card and the vehicle title of ownership must be checked and documented (copy).
