Risk of death cased by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Open cooling system cap on coolant expansion reservoir

 Turn cooling system cap half a turn in an anti-clockwise direction, release overpressure and undo cooling system cap.

Raise vehicle.

Remove bottom part of noise encapsulation at front (1)

Slide the siphon hose onto the drain pipe (4) at the radiator

Drain coolant at radiator (2) on right

 To do this, turn drain tap (3) at radiator (2) into position "I" (arrow).

Catch coolant with suitable vessel.

Remove oil from cooling and heating system

If cooling and heating system contains impurities, clean.

Turn drain tap (3) at radiator (2) into position "0" (arrow)

Lower vehicle

Pouring in

Pour in coolant and bleed cooling system

Reuse the clean coolant.
