With clutch operation via the remote clutch control the master cylinder of the hydr./pneum. remote clutch control (21.01) takes over the function of the clutch pedal and clutch master cylinder (19.01).
After activation of the remote clutch control by the request of an additional major assembly the remote clutch control valve block (Y61) is energized via the parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (A22).
When the clutch pedal is operated connections 1 and 2 on the remote clutch control valve block (Y61) are short circuited and the hydraulic fluid flows back to the hydraulic reservoir (34.02). This prevents the system from being overpressurized when the clutch pedal is operated.
The hydr./pneum. master cylinder of the remote clutch control (21.01) is actuated pneumatically via connection 6 on the remote clutch control valve block (Y61) . The hydraulic fluid reaches from the hydr./pneum. master cylinderof the remote clutch control (21.01) to the remote clutch control valve block (Y61) and via connection 4 to the clutch booster (48.01) and to the clutch slave cylinder (19.02).
The time control of the solenoid valves in the remote clutch control valve block (Y61) is taken over by the parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (A22), which also monitors the opening and closing of the clutch.
