16 | Remove air outlet pipe (19) from air drier port no. 2-1 and port no. 2-2 | By using 24 mm open-end spanner. | |

20 | Remove all nylon pipes from relay valve port (Con) (25) and (Res) (26) and from port (Del) (27) | By using 24 mm open-end spanner. | |

21 | Remove all nylon pipes port (Res) (26) and port (Del) (27) from quick release valve of the live axle & trailing axle | By using 24 mm open-end spanner. | |
22 | Remove nylon pipes at the spring brake actuator LH and RH port 11 (28) and port 12 (29) from live axle and from trailing axle | By using 24 mm open-end spanner. | |
23 | Remove the tag (9) near 3rd cross member, near muffler and near live axle | ||
24 | Remove the tag (9) near trailing axle and remove the brake air hoses from vehicle. | ||

25 | Install the new brake air hoses to the vehicle and Install the tag (9) near trailing axle | ||
26 | Install the tag (9) near live axle, near muffler, near air drier and near dual brake valve | ||
27 | Install nylon pipes at the spring brake actuator RH port 11 (28) to live axle and trailing axle by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
28 | Install nylon pipe (30) to RH modulator port 2, RH modulator valve port 1 and relay valve port Del by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
29 | Install nylon pipes (30) to relay valve port (Con) and (Res) by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
30 | Install nylon pipes at the spring brake actuator LH port 11 (28) to live axle and trailing axle by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
31 | Install nylon pipe (30) to LH modulator valve port 2, LH modulator valve port 1 and relay valve port (Del) by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
32 | Install all nylon pipes port (Res) (26) and port (Del) (27) to quick release valve of the trailing axle and live axle by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
33 | Install the nylon pipes port 12 (29) to spring brake actuator LH and RH of the trailing axle by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
34 | Install the nylon pipes port 12 (29) to spring brake actuator LH and RH of the live axle by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
35 | Install air outlet pipe (24) to auxiliary tank by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
36 | Install nylon pipes to system protection valve port no 1 (20), 21 (21), 22 (22) and 23 (23) by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
37 | Install air outlet pipe (19) to air drier port no 2-2 and air drier port no 2-1 by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
38 | Install air nylon pipe (18) to purge tank by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end torque spanner. | |
39 | Install all nylon pipes (17) to air tanks by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end spanner. | |
40 | Install port connector (16) and air hose with adaptor (15) to junction box using crimping tool | Don’t damage air hose while using crimping tool. | |
41 | Install air hose junction box (14) tighten the mounting bolt to bottom of the cabin | Air hose junction box mounting bolt | |
42 | Install nylon pipes port (Res) (26) and (Del) (27) to front quick relay valve by following the PTFC procedure | By using 24 mm open-end spanner. | |
43 | Install nylon pipe (30) between (RH and LH) brake chamber and (RH and LH) modulator valve port 1 by following the PTFC procedure | By using 22 and 24 mm open-end spanner. |
