Danger! | Risk of injury to skin and eyes from scalding from hot coolant which splashes out. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open the cooling system unless the coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and allow the pressure to release. Do not pour coolant into containers for drinks. Wear protective gloves, protective clothes, and eye protection. | |

3 | Slacken bolts (1) of belt pulley (2) at coolant pump (4) | | |

4 | Remove poly V-belt | ||

5 | Remove belt pulley (2) of coolant pump (4) | ||
6 | Detach shock absorber (7) of tensioning device at cylinder head | Shock absorber (7) can remain installed at tensioning lever (8). | |

7 | Remove coolant pump (4) | Slacken bolts (3) evenly. | |
Installation: clean sealing surfaces, replace gasket (6). Insert bolt before installing coolant pump (arrows). Pay attention to dowel sleeves (5), tighten bolts (3) evenly. | |||
Push engine away to the side in order to remove coolant pump (4). | |||
